While we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we provide full warranty protection and coverage for specific situations, including manufacturing defects, transport damage, and even incorrect measurements. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
✅ Full Warranty Coverage — Insured for Extra Peace of Mind
We provide full warranty coverage for all our products, backed by insurance for additional security. Here’s what’s covered:
📏 Measurement Coverage (Up to €1000)
All custom-made furniture is insured against incorrect measurements. If your furniture does not fit the intended space due to a measuring mistake, we’ve got you covered.
Our insurance covers 80% of the cost for remanufacturing the affected parts (up to €1000).
To start the process, simply send us clear photos and a short video showing the issue.
We will remake and ship the necessary parts with priority, outside of the regular production queue.
🚚 Full Transport Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged during delivery, we take full responsibility — no questions asked.
We will remanufacture and reship the affected parts at no cost to you.
You do not need to return the damaged item; just send photos, and we’ll handle the rest.
🏭 Manufacturing Defects (100% Covered)
Every product is carefully inspected before leaving our facility. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect:
We will remake the affected item or parts at no cost.
Replacements will be produced and shipped with priority.
❌ What’s Not Covered
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects, transport damage, or measurement issues.
We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
All warranty claims must be supported by photos or video evidence to qualify for replacement or insurance coverage.
