Full Transport Guarantee:

If any damage occurs during delivery, we will fully cover the cost of
remanufacturing and reshipping the affected parts — no questions asked.

Manufacturing Defects (100% Covered):
Every item goes through strict quality control. However, in the rare case of a
production defect, we’ll remake and deliver your furniture as quickly as
possible — at no cost to you and with priority handling.
